Shibari Sensory Movement

Step into a world of sensation, connection, and embodied expression.
Join us for an intimate Shibari Sensory Movement evening a guided journey blending the delicate art of rope (Shibari) with mindful movement, breath, and touch.

This is a space to slow down, tune in, and explore the subtle language of tension and release. Whether you are tying, being tied, or moving in resonance with others, the focus is on safety, consent, and somatic awareness.

Expect:

🔸 A grounding introduction to rope as a sensory and connective practice
🔸 Gentle, improvisational movement exercises to awaken body and breath
🔸 Moments of stillness, flow, and co-regulation
🔸 A soft, ambient atmosphere with curated soundscapes and low lighting

No previous Shibari or dance experience is necessary—curiosity and presence are all you need.

We encourage you to bring your own ropes, but if you need, get in contact with us to make sure we have something for you.
